A leading professional services organization is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, and AI-powered applications. The position combines production AI engineering with an emphasis on secure application architecture. This individual will connect AI systems to enterprise applications and data sources while implementing practical controls around permissions, data privacy, and agent behavior. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and deploy enterprise LLM and Generative AI applications using Python.Develop intelligent agents, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation.Build MCP-based tools and integrations connecting agents with enterprise systems.Design RAG solutions using enterprise data and knowledge repositories.Help implement security guardrails, permissions, and privacy protections for AI applications.Partner with security, infrastructure, software engineering, and business teams.Evaluate, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize production AI applications.Contribute to scalable implementation patterns, technical documentation, and operational best practices. Role Requirements 5-8 years of relevant engineering experience.2+ years delivering enterprise Generative AI or LLM solutions.Strong hands-on Python development.AI agent development and orchestration experience.Enterprise APIs, integrations, and database experience.Understanding of MCP and AI tool integrations.RAG, semantic search, and vector retrieval knowledge.Practical understanding of AI security, data privacy, and governance.Prompt/context management, model evaluation, and troubleshooting experience.Strong analytical and communication skills.Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE MCP server implementation.Anthropic APIs or Claude Code.Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or Azure AI Search.Advanced multi-agent frameworks.Legal IT or other sensitive enterprise-data experience.
