Remote, USA Contract TalentSuite Java Technical Lead / Architect Location: Remote : Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent /Contract / CTH Experience: 10+ Years Job Description We are looking for a strong hands-on Java Technical Lead / Architect who can take ownership of solutions from requirement gathering and technical design through hands-on development and delivery. The ideal candidate must be a strong hands-on developer who is comfortable coding, designing solutions, leading developers, and interacting directly with clients and business stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent communication and client-facing skills and be able to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, drive architecture/design discussions, and work closely with the development team through implementation.
