What the role needs
- ServiceNow Scoped / Custom Application Developer
- Important: Resources must work from Alpharetta, GA in a 5 Days onsite set up.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Scoped/Custom Applications .
- Strong ServiceNow development experience including scripting, integrations, and platform customization .
- Solid understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics/Data Visualization, and Virtual Agent .
- Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across both familiar and unfamiliar ServiceNow platform areas.
- Experience conducting code reviews and adhering to development best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI, and other GenAI coding assistants.
- Working knowledge of Python and AWS .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and supportable ServiceNow applications.

Mandatory: • Prior ServiceNow implementation experience. • AWS cloud experience.
