• Job Title : Solution Architect
• Location: Trenton, NJ -Hybrid- 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
• Duration: 10+ Months- extension possible
• What You’ll Do
• Work across Application Development, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure to identify, research, discuss, design, and implement key architecture standards
• Design integration strategies for disparate systems, applications, and data sources across the enterprise
• Establish common interfaces, architecture principles, data standards, and best practices
• Support senior management on complex technology initiatives and investment decisions
• Create and maintain an architecture review process to evaluate proposed solutions against standards and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic architectural guidance while considering the practical implications of technology decisions across the organization

Job Title : Solution Architect Location: Trenton, NJ -Hybrid- 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Duration: 10+ Months- extension possible Job Description We are looking for a Solutions Architect to identify, research, discuss, design, and implement enterprise architecture standards across application development, service delivery, and infrastructure. A hybrid work schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote; there may be some flexibility in the onsite work arrangement. However, candidates need to be within a 1-hour commute of the client. What You’ll Do • Work across Application Development, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure to identify, research, discuss, design, and implement key architecture standards • Design integration strategies for disparate systems, applications, and data sources across the enterprise • Establish common interfaces, architecture principles, data standards, and best practices • Support senior management on complex technology initiatives and investment decisions • Create and maintain an architecture review process to evaluate proposed solutions against standards and strategic objectives • Collaborate with the security team to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements • Provide strategic architectural guidance while considering the practical implications of technology decisions across the organization What You’ll Need Required: • 7 years of experience making informed decisions under uncertainty, weighing multiple factors and constraints, and considering long-term implications of architectural choices • 7 years of experience with electronic data processing platforms and software • 7 years of experience with database and data dictionary systems and applications • 7 years of experience with application portfolio management, software design patterns, application integration, legacy system modernization, and application lifecycle management • 7 years of experience with data modeling, data governance, master data management, data warehousing, analytics platforms, and data quality frameworks • 7 years of experience with infrastructure components, platforms, development tools, middleware, and technology standards across both on-premises and cloud-based environments • 7 years of experience preparing clear, accurate, and informative reports and documentation on database systems, including creation and maintenance of data dictionary documentation • 7 years of experience collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders at all levels • 7 years of experience communicating effectively in writing and verbally with various levels of personnel • 7 years of experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • 7 years of experience maintaining essential records and files • 7 years of experience learning and utilizing various types of electronic and manual recording and information systems used by the agency • 7 years of experience reading, writing, speaking, understanding, and communicating in English sufficiently to perform the duties of the position • 7 years of experience in government or regulatory environments • 7 years understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development lifecycle practices Preferred: • TOGAF Certification, Certified Enterprise Architect, or similar recognized enterprise architecture credentials demonstrating formal training • 7 years of experience with AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification • 7 years experience multi-cloud experience • Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, or enterprise modernization programs from inception through completion • Comfort presenting to executive leadership, board members, or external stakeholders • Ability to communicate complex technical strategies in business terms Interested candidates send your resume to alex@amtexenterprises.com
