- Location: Hartford, CT (100% Onsite)
- Duration: Long Term Contract
- We are looking for two onsite Agentforce Developers based in Hartford, CT.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, and Aura.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
- Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, and Aura. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices. Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action. Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools. Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe methodology experience is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, and AutoRABIT. Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
