- Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation and tooling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Discovery performance, credentials, and infrastructure integrations.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and AWS services.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ServiceNow AI, and other GenAI coding assistants.
- ServiceNow Discovery Certification required.
- Background and employment verification required.
- Certifications will be validated.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools as part of day-to-day development activities.

Interview Process: • Live technical interview with screen sharing required . • Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their approach and answer technical questions in real time. • Must have access to a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) before the interview.
