From the employer

THE ROLE: The Creative Director, Digital Product is a senior creative leader embedded within the Digital Product organization. This role ensures Herbalife’s digital products express the brand with clarity, relevance, and exceptional visual craft—while remaining grounded in product strategy, customer needs, usability, and scalable delivery. Serving as a key bridge between Marketing and Digital Product, the Creative Director translates approved brand messaging, creative direction, and campaign priorities into compelling product experiences across consumer- and distributor-facing digital channels. The role brings a product-minded creative lens to how digital experiences look, feel, communicate, and evolve. Unlike a Creative Director within Marketing, this role does not own enterprise brand strategy, campaign development, advertising creative, or channel marketing plans. Instead, it owns the application and evolution of creative expression within digital products—partnering closely with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure product experiences are both brand-aligned and purpose-built for the customer journey.
