The Sr. Director, Healthcare Product Manager is a strategic leader within Equifax Workforce Solutions, driving growth for our employment-centric portfolios, with a specialized focus on Risk Intelligence and criminal data sets. As a subject matter expert in employment-related markets, you will partner closely with our Go-To-Market team to steer client and market strategy based on robust discovery. You will own the full product life cycle, influence our strategic roadmap, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while navigating the competitive and regulatory pressures of the markets we serve. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site presence at an Equifax office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote flexibility on Monday and Friday. While St. Louis is the preferred location, we will consider candidates living near any Equifax office.
