What the role needs

• Role purpose
• Define and automate the test strategy for multimodal data pipelines, AI workflows, containers,
• repositories, and related software components.
• Create risk-based test strategy covering unit, integration, system, data-quality, performance,
• security, regression, and release validation.
• Define test data, expected results, traceability, entry/exit criteria, defect workflow, and evidence
• requirements.
• Automate validation of schemas, synchronization, completeness, lineage, reproducibility, model
• inputs/outputs, APIs, and deployment packages.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and establish quality dashboards, failure triage, and continuous
• improvement.
• Coordinate with engineers, AI teams, annotation quality, security, and product stakeholders.

Key responsibilities • Create risk-based test strategy covering unit, integration, system, data-quality, performance, security, regression, and release validation. • Define test data, expected results, traceability, entry/exit criteria, defect workflow, and evidence requirements. • Automate validation of schemas, synchronization, completeness, lineage, reproducibility, model inputs/outputs, APIs, and deployment packages. • Integrate tests into CI/CD and establish quality dashboards, failure triage, and continuous improvement. • Coordinate with engineers, AI teams, annotation quality, security, and product stakeholders. Required experience and skills • Extensive experience in software/data quality engineering and test automation. • Hands-on automation for data pipelines, APIs, containers, and distributed systems. • Ability to design tests for non-deterministic or data-dependent AI workflows. Preferred experience PyTest, Great Expectations/Deequ, contract testing, performance testing, security testing, model validation, or simulation-based testing.
