• Looking for a driven and experienced full stack technical lead to guide design, development, and delivery of software applications with large, complex scope. Act as a mentor to junior team members.
• Lead technical design and architecture.
• Define and drive best practices for coding, standards for CI/CD.
• Maintain and enhance software applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor s FIELD OF STUDY: Technology/Engineering or similar degree
• EXPERIENCE: Experience as technical leader for full stack applications.
• 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of programming experience.
• Hands on experience settings up and using CI/CD (continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment)
• Cloud infrastructure, and architecture.
• Modern web development experience is a must.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelor s FIELD OF STUDY: Technology/Engineering or similar degree EXPERIENCE: Experience as technical leader for full stack applications. 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of programming experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Modern web development frameworks (ie React, Angular) Modern back end frameworks (ie SpringBoot, NestJS) Knowledge of AWS or other Cloud platforms Strong grasp of design patterns and architecture Database knowledge SQL (i.e. RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2) and nonSQL (ie MongoDB, Redis) Understanding of Agile (Scrum) project management methodology and Test-Driven Development Strong understanding and advocating DevOps culture Strong communication skills.
