From the employer

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Boston Development Center (BDC). In this role, you own the execution of the pilot operation, assembly builds, rapid prototyping shop operations, and manufacturing process development lines. You are accountable for delivering on build commitments, safely, on time, on quality. This is a high-mix, high-development environment. Build campaigns change frequently, product configurations evolve between iterations, and you must keep operations running smoothly through the ambiguity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on and data driven leader who thrives on the manufacturing floor, coaches teams, drives operational discipline, bridges between engineering and manufacturing and delivers results in fast-paced pilot manufacturing environments.
