What the role needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering, Architecture or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in building-related 3D modeling, performing work on large, complex, MEP intensive projects.
- 5+ years of BIM administration experience and practical knowledge of tool automation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experienced with MEP and/or structural-related BIM modeling.
- Strong familiarity with drafting (AutoCAD) and modeling (Revit, Navisworks and reality capture) applications.
- Detailed knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience with scripting and/or visual programming automation tools (Dynamo and Python).
- Project management and tracking experience.
- Advanced spreadsheet and/or data base skills for data manipulation, project tracking, and analysis.
- Proficiency with Mac, Linux and Windows systems.
- Experienced with Civil3D and ArcGIS integration.

As the BIM Systems Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert for the Data Center Engineering function; oversee the owner quality review of CAD drawings and BIM models on large, complex projects; provide leadership in documentation-related process development and re-engineering; and develop and maintain our BIM technologies roadmap.
