- Ability to trace transactions and data across Contracts, Projects, Billing, and Revenue.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of configuration versus customization decisions.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect triage, reconciliation, and production readiness.

Description: Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst – Finance Lead to Cash Role Summary Lead functional analysis, requirements, design, testing, and issue resolution for the Finance Lead to Cash initiative, with primary focus on PeopleSoft Contracts, Billing, Revenue, and Project Costing. Required Experience • 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience. • Strong functional experience with: • PeopleSoft Contracts • Billing • Project Costing • Revenue processing • Experience analyzing custom PeopleSoft processes and integrations. • Working knowledge of Integration Broker and interface requirements. • Ability to trace transactions and data across Contracts, Projects, Billing, and Revenue. • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications. • Strong understanding of configuration versus customization decisions. • Experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect triage, reconciliation, and production readiness. • Ability to work directly with Finance, business stakeholders, developers, and architects. Key Responsibilities • Document current and future-state Finance Lead to Cash processes. • Lead requirements and fit/gap analysis. • Define functional requirements for PeopleSoft changes and integrations. • Validate calculations, accounting impacts, billing, and revenue outcomes. • Develop test scenarios and support end-to-end testing. • Help identify root causes across configuration, customization, integrations, and data. Pay Rate Range: $60-76/hr depending on experience
