Federal Sales Account Manager, Defense ISR Video
Atlanta, GA (Remote) | Full-time | 30 to 40% travel | $120,000 to $140,000 base
We’re hiring a Federal Sales Account Manager to sell video streaming and encoding solutions into defense and federal markets.
Must-Haves
• 5+ years of federal or defense technical sales
• Relationships with federal agencies, defense primes, or integrators
• Government contracting and complex sales cycles
• Pipeline building and closing record
• Able to travel 30 to 40%
What You’ll Do
• Sell video encoders and IP video distribution to federal customers
• Target ISR, military vehicle, and airborne programs
• Lead customer demos and product evaluations
• Manage federal sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Attend defense trade shows and conferences
Nice-to-Haves
• Video encoding or streaming technology experience
Compensation and Benefits
• $120,000 to $140,000 base salary
• Variable comp of 25 to 35% of base; about $200,000 OTE
• Fully remote
