Senior Mechanical Engineering Leader, Building HVAC Seattle, WA (Onsite, regular in-person collaboration) Join the leadership team of an established consulting engineering firm and guide its mechanical practice while staying connected to project work. Must-Haves • BS in Mechanical Engineering and PE license • Significant consulting engineering experience • Strong background in HVAC and building mechanical systems • Experience leading projects, teams, and client relationships • Developing scopes, proposals, and service agreements • Strong command of building and mechanical codes What You’ll Do • Provide technical oversight and QC on complex mechanical projects • Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop staff • Manage key clients and support proposals and interviews • Mentor engineers and designers at every level • Shape standards, resource planning, and business strategy Nice-to-Haves • Plumbing, hydronics, central plants , and building controls • High-performance or energy-efficient building systems • Revit and Bluebeam What You’ll Get • $170K to $230K • Visible leadership role with direct access to senior leadership • Established clients and steady project flow • Relocation assistance available About the Company An established, growing consulting engineering firm in the greater Seattle area.
