Senior Electrical Engineering Leader, Building Systems Seattle, WA (Onsite, regular in-person collaboration) Join the leadership team of an established consulting engineering firm and guide its electrical practice while staying close to technical work. Must-Haves • BS in Electrical Engineering and PE license • Significant consulting engineering or construction experience • Strong background in building electrical systems • Experience leading projects, teams, and client relationships • Developing scopes, fees, proposals, and service agreements • Strong command of electrical, building, and energy codes What You’ll Do • Provide technical oversight and QC on complex electrical projects • Lead project teams and plan workload • Manage key clients and support proposals and interviews • Mentor engineers and designers • Shape technical standards and long-term practice growth Nice-to-Haves • Critical power , renewable energy, or specialized facilities • Short-circuit and coordination studies, emergency and standby power • Revit and Bluebeam What You’ll Get • $170K to $230K • Visible leadership role with direct access to senior leadership • Established client base and steady project flow • Relocation assistance available About the Company A well-established consulting engineering firm in the greater Seattle area.
