Qualifications Approximately 3–5 years of experience in account management, talent partnerships, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, sponsorship or a related agency or client environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work confidently and collaboratively with senior team members, clients, talent and external partners. Preferred experience includes working directly with athletes, talent, agents or managers; familiarity with talent agreements, contractual deliverables, usage rights and approval processes; and experience supporting global or multi-market programs, major sporting events or large-scale brand partnerships. Beyond experience, we’re looking for someone with strong judgment, curiosity and initiative. You should be comfortable looking beyond the immediate ask to understand the broader objective, connect the dots, identify where additional thinking is needed and anticipate what comes next. How You’ll Work You’ll work under the leadership of a Senior Talent Lead, who will provide overall leadership across the account, talent strategy and senior client relationships.
