• Own Sales Strategy Across Segments: Lead quota, forecasting, and pipeline health across a fast, transactional SMB motion and a longer, multi-stakeholder mid-market and enterprise motion.
• Build and Enforce Discipline: Set strict ideal-customer-profile standards for the SMB team while scaling top-of-funnel demo volume and outbound activity.
• Drive Expansion Revenue: Own an upgrade/land-and-expand motion into the existing customer base, partnering closely with marketing and customer success.
• Experience leading more than one sales motion simultaneously, ideally a transactional SMB team alongside a longer-cycle enterprise motion.
• A track record in land-and-expand or upgrade-focused revenue growth, not just new-logo acquisition.
• A hands-on, in-office leadership style with the ability to build and develop junior sales talent.
• Location:  This role reports to an office 3-5x/week In-office in the Greater Boston/Waltham, MA area.
• Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
• Total Comp: $400,000 - $500,000 + Equity
