Company Profile: Our client is an independently owned, high-growth data and analytics company with a cloud-based business intelligence platform built for financial institutions. With a strong remote-first culture and a growing SaaS business, they are adding their first account executive dedicated to the community banking market. Job Description: • Own a New Market Segment : Drive new customer acquisition and market share in the community banking industry, building relationships with CFO and technology leaders and serving as the first dedicated seller in this segment. • Run Complex Enterprise Sales Cycles : Manage 6-12 month, multi-year SaaS deals from prospecting through negotiation and close, with solutions engineering support for demos. • Shape Go-to-Market : Partner closely with the Head of Sales and executive team to influence strategy, extend reach through partners, and build repeatable sales motions. Requirements: • 5+ years of direct technology sales experience as an account executive or sales manager, with experience selling software or business intelligence platforms; financial services or banking experience is preferred. • A consistent record of exceeding quota in long, consultative, multi-stakeholder cycles, with strong demo and executive communication skills. • A humble, team-first approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Location: Remote-first; Northeast preferred, with about 25% travel to events and client meetings.
