Senior Treasury Accountant Responsibilities • Simplify and scale daily cash workflows by reducing manual work, building Excel and Google Sheets templates, and getting more out of the company’s treasury management system. • Perform complex multi-entity bank reconciliations, confirm deposits, and manage daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting across high-volume accounts. • Prepare debt compliance certificates, calculate leverage and coverage ratios, and produce Borrowing Base Certificates for the credit facility. • Audit and benchmark bank and merchant fees to uncover cost savings, while supporting unclaimed property reporting and disbursements. • Handle month-end journal entries, bank administration, KYC refreshes, and audit confirmations, and back up the cash management team as needed. Senior Treasury Accountant Qualifications • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate accounting, cash management or treasury, corporate banking, or public accounting. • Background in a high-volume transaction environment, retail industry experience is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred, with an MBA or advanced degree a plus. • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, plus experience with banking portals, wire and ACH origination, and merchant processing settlement. • Treasury Management System (TMS), NetSuite or other ERP, and comfort using AI tools to optimize workflows preferred. Salary: $80K-$95K/year + Bonus.
