Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team. What you'll be doing… • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment. • Perform preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other systems. • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior repair. • Perform facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on client occupancy and operations. • Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems. • Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required. The right person has… • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Universal CFC recovery certification (or acquire within 90 days of employment). • Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong knowledge of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance. • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration. • Experience utilizing CMMS systems and knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel. • Documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC preferred. • A valid state driver’s license.
