You teach as readily as you learn, and you don't need to be the smartest person in the room to add value. • Hungry: genuinely curious and self-driven. You take on a new certification or course because you enjoy it, not because it's assigned, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you've figured them out. • Smart: people-smart. You read a room, enjoy talking with customers, and can hold your own in front of a client audience. • Excited about AI: you're already using AI tools to work faster and deliver better outcomes, and you want to keep pushing on that. This is where our SF+ practice is headed, so it's a practical, non-negotiable skill, not a nice-to-have.
