Senior Platform Engineer Step into a leadership-oriented role on our Platform Team, where you will drive the evolution of our infrastructure architecture and AI-driven workflows. Our team is pioneering the integration of agentic AI into the developer lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Design complex systems and architecture improvements to support mission goals and optimize infrastructure components. • Lead the development of agentic AI workflows, including the management of our internal marketplace and plugin ecosystem. Required Skills: • Experience with Kubernetes and Rancher at an architectural and organizational level. • Knowledge of advanced Python development for both application and systems engineering. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of Elasticsearch for complex data indexing and searching. • Experience with AWS architecture design or certifications. Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in technical field, or 16 years without degree Location: Columbia, MD Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000
