Job description

Company Overview Seven Keys Vacations by Casago is a locally led vacation rental management company serving the Florida Keys. We combine professional vacation rental management with local knowledge, genuine hospitality, and destination expertise to create memorable experiences for guests and meaningful partnerships with homeowners. Our marketing goes beyond showcasing beautiful vacation homes. This is a hands-on, market-facing role. You'll regularly get out from behind the desk to capture vacation homes, local businesses, events, attractions, and experiences throughout the Florida Keys through photography and video, then transform those assets into content that inspires travelers and strengthens our connection to the community. We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong execution and understands that successful destination marketing isn't simply about posting beautiful content — it's about building an active, authentic brand presence that makes people want to experience the Florida Keys for themselves.
