Job description

Job Duties: Work under supervision and use design methodologies to assist with configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). Work on performing code upgrades to fix the vulnerabilities of the existing code and Circuit upgrades to provide better services to offices in terms of quality and bandwidth. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Provide extended support to Design team in complex designing with various protocols in complex structures. Implement and execute design plans and assist resolve complex customer issues. Responsible for the layout, and maintenance of all routers and switches of different vendors such as Cisco, Juniper and Arista. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team. Develop automation scripts to automate the scripts for network traffic monitoring tools. Implement Cloud Solutions for network connectivity to achieve network uptime. Work on complex trouble-shootings for WIFI networks ensuring greater experience of connectivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, CIS, MIS, Engineering (EE/ELEC Engineering, Networking) or related field. In lieu of the B.S Degree will accept an equivalent combination of education (At least 3 years college level education) and work experience that is equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree, 24 Months of relevant work experience required in the job offered or another job with similar job duties but given another designation.
