Candidate should have worked/ should be working as a Lead for IT Recruitment team. Well versed and good understanding of Technology. Responsible for end to end recruitment operations. Motivating, monitoring and driving the team’s performance. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Good in research, market mapping and headhunting. Screening and shortlisting best matched profiles. Meeting the targets given time on time basis. Maintain daily hiring reports. Maintaining the database of the candidates. Please note this is a day shift position and an urgent position. Local candidates will be preferred.
