CNO Software Engineer Join Neural Solutions' dynamic team as a CNO software engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge security tools. You will work closely with analysts, operators, and other engineers to support mission-centric results. Responsibilities: • Augment existing tools. • Derive, document, and analyze requirements. • Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements. • Produce end-to-end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints. • Provide technical consulting support across various software products and technologies, advising customers on operational direction. • Take part in peer code reviews. Required Skills: • Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python, with explicit experience in network programming. • Provide support for fielded software systems. • Ability to coordinate and communicate with users of differing technical knowledge including operators, analysts, and other developers to deliver finished products to the customer. • Reverse engineering experience. • Familiarity with Git and Subversion. • Experience with Atlassian Tools (Confluence/Jira/Bamboo). Nice to Have: • Experience with any of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust. • Experience developing advanced security operations specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded environments. • Familiarity with vulnerability research and exploit development. • Knowledge of malware reverse engineering. • Solid understanding of cryptography. • Knowledge of end-to-end signals intelligence collection and analysis systems. Experience Required: 6 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 4 additional years without the degree Location: Columbia, MD Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Salary Range: $174,000 - $207,000
