What you'll be doing… • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities. • Perform inspections and repairs on property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting. • Execute ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment. • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and production equipment. • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. • Submit P-card receipts and update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like Corrigo. • Be available for call-in work and other duties as required. The right person has… • Universal CFC recovery certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment). • Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance. • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration. • A valid state driver’s license. • Experience with CMMS systems and a working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel. • High school diploma or GED. • Preferred completion of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
