Job description

Our client, a large professional services firm, is looking to hire 6 ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultants (Enterprise AI & Agentic Workflows) for a 12-month remote contract. The consultants may be asked to travel up to 25%. The consultants will be brought in to architect, design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, the consultants will lead the implementation of high-impact Enterprise AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic AI Workflows, and Predictive Intelligence, to drive measurable business outcomes through intelligent process automation. Key Responsibilities • Architect and deploy AI-powered solutions and GenAI-enabled automation on ServiceNow. • Script AI Agent configurations, build custom skills, and orchestrate advanced workflows. • Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with third-party tools, external LLMs, and data platforms. • Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality, well-documented code. • Articulate complex AI architectures, build-vs-configure trade-offs, and ROI to executives. Required Skills: • Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow development with deep knowledge of Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent/NLU. • Expert knowledge in at least two ServiceNow process areas (with applied AI experience in at least one). • Strong grasp of GenAI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks. • Strong presentation and communication skills with technical and executive audiences. • Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, and passionate about the evolution of Agentic AI. • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% Apply for this Job
