• Lead a New-Business Hunting Team: Manage and coach 8-9 outbound Client Acquisition Representatives through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and live-call coaching across transactional and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Build Pipeline and Process: Define target accounts and outreach strategy, with a specific focus on increasing self-sourced pipeline across the team.
• Own Metrics and Growth : Manage full-funnel forecasting and CRM discipline while driving the team toward an aggressive new-business revenue target.
• 10-15 years of total sales experience, with at least 5-7+ years directly managing a quota-carrying new-business or outbound sales team of 6 or more sellers.
• A demonstrated, specific track record of building pipeline from a standing start and meeting or exceeding team revenue targets.
• Location:  This is a remote role where candidates can be based in one of the following states: MA, NY, NJ, PA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, TX, MN or CO but will be expected to work ET hours. Travel 25-40% as needed
• Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
• Total Comp: $240,000 - $250,000
