Manage Designers, delegate work to resourced Designers and Senior Designers based on workload, capabilities, and experience. Contribute to the professional growth of direct reports through mentorship, and feedback.
Select, brief, and direct outside collaborators to create their best work.
Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of professional work experience in the art industry
5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and modern digital publishing platforms such as Webflow.
