Our client is an established, fast-growing tech company that provides an all-in-one software platform, combining Learning Management Systems (LMS), Association Management Software (AMS), and event management tools, for member-driven organizations across North America. Serving major unions, trade associations, and regulatory bodies, their specialized platform automates member workflows and continuing education compliance. They are currently seeking an ambitious sales professional to spearhead their expansion as their founding US-based Account Executive.
Job Description:
• The Account Executive will be the first dedicated US Seller focused on new logo acquisition with the entire country as a greenfield territory.
• Drive full-cycle outbound Sales through engaging with executive directors, learning directors, and membership leads at mid-sized to enterprise associations and groups (6,000 to 300,000+ members).
• Conduct Introductory Meetings, Product Demonstrations and Follow-ups to drive net new business sales with a 6-18 month sale cycle
Requirements:
• 3-5 Years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years of full quota-carrying closing experience
• Proven history of closing deals with $30,000+ ARR and multi-year contracts
• Highly organized, proactive problem-solver with the discipline to work remotely and drive high activity levels
Location: This is a remote position where candidates must be based in the United States with the ability to travel to attend key industry trade shows, conferences, and in-person executive meetings (approx. 30%–35% travel nationwide).
