About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to serve as a strategic thought partner to our Product and Engineering organizations. Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, or other business leaders on growth, investment, pricing, monetization, or strategic planning decisions.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building forecasts, business cases, financial models, and analyses that connect business performance to strategic decisions.
Strong business judgment and the ability to evaluate opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
Experience working with product, customer, operational, and financial data to understand business performance and inform decision-making.
Ability to partner effectively with Analytics and Data teams, including the ability to define the questions and business problems that need to be solved and translate analytical outputs into actionable recommendations.
Ability to translate complex financial and business information into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, combined with comfort making decisions when data is imperfect and the business is evolving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Product Finance, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or a similar role at a high-growth SaaS, technology, AI, or software company.
