Their specialized model integrates SaaS applications, AI-powered tools, and executive peer-advisory networks to empower CISOs and security teams. They are seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to manage a dedicated client territory, drive annual renewals, and expand strategic accounts. Job Description : The Senior Account Manager will focus on three main areas: account retention and growth, executive relationship building, and strategic territory planning. • Account Retention & Expansion: Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle across assigned enterprise accounts. Drive annual subscription renewals, maximize platform utilization, and generate additional revenue through software upsells and expanded advisory services. • Executive Relationship Building: Onboard new accounts and build long-term relationships with security leaders. Facilitate high-level technical discussions and represent the company during client visits and industry events. • Territory Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute structured territory plans to consistently meet activity, retention, and growth metrics. Partner closely with technical subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure maximum value delivery for every client.
