Where do jobs come from?
We check the systems companies actually post jobs on — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and others — plus a handful of well-known job sites. Staying close to the original source helps us keep listings current and identify what's still open.
How are match scores calculated?
Every listing is compared with your resume across skills, seniority, industry, pay, and location. You can read the evidence behind each verdict, and when an area doesn't have enough information, we say so instead of guessing.
Do you apply for me?
You stay in control of every application. Match Moth brings forward roles worth considering and explains why they fit; you decide where to invest your time and when to apply.
Can I import my resume?
Yes — it's the first onboarding step and the primary evidence every score is built on. Update it later and your matches re-score against the new version.
Is my data private?
Your resume and job search remain private to you. We use your resume only to build your profile and evaluate opportunities on your behalf. Recruiters cannot browse it, and we never sell it.
What does early access cost?
Nothing during the beta. Paid plans come later, and early users get first access and beta pricing.
