Where do jobs come from?
Straight from the employers. We check the systems companies actually post jobs on, like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, plus company careers pages, every company every day. Staying at the source keeps listings current, keeps the original description, and lets us tell what's still open.
How are match scores calculated?
Every listing is compared with your resume and the preferences you set. Skills and industry fit are read from your resume, with each requirement matched to the line that meets it. Pay, location and seniority are checked against what you told us you want. When there isn't enough evidence to judge, the score says so instead of guessing.
Do you apply for me?
You stay in control of every application. Match Moth brings forward roles worth considering and explains why they fit; you decide where to invest your time and when to apply.
Can I import my resume?
Yes — it's the first onboarding step and the primary evidence every score is built on. Update it later and your matches re-score against the new version.
Is my data private?
Your resume and job search stay private to you. We use your resume for one thing: scoring jobs for you. We don't use it to train models, no employer can see it, no employer pays us, and we never sell your data. You can delete your account at any time.
What does early access cost?
Nothing during the beta. Paid plans come later, and early users get first access and beta pricing.
