• Location: Wauwatosa, WI • Facility: 117th Street Clinic • Department: Specialty • Schedule: Full-time | Day shift • Operations & Patient Care: Oversees daily practice operations, site policies, patient flow, and care coordination among providers, staff, and patients. • Leadership & Strategy: Acts as a key liaison across clinical and administrative areas while developing business plans and growth strategies alongside physician leadership. • Staff & HR Management: Handles full-lifecycle staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, conflict resolution, and coverage for provider schedules. • Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Manages budgets, billing and collection functions, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, and physician compensation systems. Licensure / Certification / Registration • Required Credential(s): • None Required. Education • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. Additional Preferences: • 40 hours a week | M-F | Day shift | No weekends or major holidays • Prior clinical leadership experience Elevate operational excellence and patient care quality as a key practice leader. You will oversee daily clinic workflows, direct staffing and financial management, and ensure seamless coordination across all administrative areas.
