Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of new construction projects. • Manage multiple home builds concurrently, ensuring quality and efficiency. • Implement best practices in production building. • Collaborate with various teams to solve problems and improve processes. • Foster a servant-leader management style to support team development. Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience. Location and Work Arrangement: This is an onsite position based in Richmond, Virginia.
