We are seeking a Senior RF Test System Engineer to join our Aerospace & Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) team in Loveland, Colorado. This is a direct hire opportunity for a highly autonomous, customer-facing role where you will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing and implementing RF test systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop RF test systems for various aerospace and defense applications. • Lead technical discussions with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. • Conduct testing and validation of RF systems to meet performance specifications. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF test systems. Required Qualifications: • US Citizenship is required. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in RF system design and testing. • Strong understanding of RF principles and test methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with aerospace and defense industry standards. • Familiarity with software tools for RF simulation and analysis.
