We are seeking a Product Manager for Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to join a global leader in power and thermal management solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the product lifecycle of Variable Frequency Drives, from conception to launch. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development. • Drive product positioning and messaging to enhance market presence. • Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and training. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the power or automation industry. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Variable Frequency Drives or related technologies. • Master's degree in a relevant field. • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies. Location and Work Arrangement: Raleigh, North Carolina. This position may require onsite presence.
