Business Development Manager IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation Link Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its IT staffing and staff augmentation business. This is a permanent, hybrid position. Summary The Business Development Manager will generate new business by identifying prospective clients, developing relationships with decision-makers, and selling IT staffing and staff augmentation solutions. This role will focus on acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across commercial and government markets. Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients requiring IT staffing and staff augmentation services. • Generate opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and relationship building. • Develop relationships with hiring managers, IT leaders, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders. • Identify client workforce needs and present tailored staffing solutions. • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings through negotiations and closing new business. • Expand existing accounts and identify additional staffing opportunities. • Maintain a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and work toward established business development goals. • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align client needs with talent availability. Job Requirements • 3+ years of experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or technical recruiting sales. • Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and close staffing agreements. • Experience selling IT staff augmentation or technical recruiting services. • Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to develop client relationships and manage multiple sales opportunities.
