Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Analyst 3 to join our team. This position will offer the opportunity to work 100% remotely. Candidates must reside in the United States. QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years of experience in the following areas: • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal presentation and communication skills. • Experience in gathering requirements and creating reports. • Facilitating creation and analysis of business requirements and working with business area personnel to design technical solutions. • 5+ years of experience participating in and providing guidance to business and in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implantation-related activities. • 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI PREFERRED • 2+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform advanced, senior level business analysis work related to implementing complex, emerging technology hardware and software projects to support the Mainframe Reports and Extract efforts. • Use multiple methods in gathering, developing, and documenting requirements • Review, assessment, and development of business processes • Creation and validation of user acceptance testing • Research and special project support • Analysis and documentation in the implementation of multiple interrelated projects related to reports • Data analysis, root cause analysis of data errors, data flow documentation, report developments, and data posting • Ensures that deliverables and materials are produced and maintained in accordance with established processes and procedures Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Must-haves

8+ years of experience in the following areas:
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal presentation and communication skills.
Experience in gathering requirements and creating reports.

5+ years of experience participating in and providing guidance to business and in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implantation-related activities.
2+ years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI
