Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join its legal team in Westbury, NY. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. Key Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from start to finish. • Draft legal documents and correspondence. • Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel. • Organize and maintain case files and documentation. • Conduct legal research and gather evidence as needed. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law. • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with case management software. • Certification from an accredited paralegal program. Location and Work Arrangement: This position is based in Westbury, New York, with a hybrid work arrangement.
