Remote | Full-Time | $3,500/month | US EST Hours Overlap Why Join Our Client? • Competitive compensation: $3,500 per month, with flexibility for more experienced candidates. • Fully remote opportunity: Work from anywhere while collaborating with a team operating on US EST hours. • Hands-on AI experience: Gain practical experience managing and optimizing AI agents in real-world e-commerce operations. • Career growth: Develop your expertise in AI-powered operations, with opportunities to progress into a senior operations role. • Innovative environment: Join an AI-first team where automation drives efficiency, allowing you to focus on execution, performance, and results. About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, AI-first company specializing in TikTok Shop growth for consumer brands. They help brands scale through affiliate partnerships, creator-generated content, product sampling, and performance-driven e-commerce strategies. Their approach puts AI at the center of daily operations, with intelligent agents handling much of the repetitive work while experienced professionals oversee execution, optimize workflows, and ensure results. About the Role Our client is looking for a Growth Operations Manager (AI-oriented) to take ownership of day-to-day operations for a portfolio of consumer brands. Working closely with an Account Manager, you will oversee the delivery of affiliate campaigns, creator content, product sampling, and performance reporting. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position rather than a people-management role. You will work extensively with AI agents, reviewing their outputs, refining their instructions, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and enthusiastic about using AI to improve efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end operations: Oversee brand onboarding, affiliate outreach, product sampling, content pipelines, and weekly performance reporting. • Drive operational performance: Monitor key metrics, including published videos, on-time delivery, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), ensuring targets are consistently met. • Leverage AI agents: Run AI-powered workflows daily, review outputs for accuracy, and optimize agent instructions to improve results. • Support client communication: Collaborate with the Account Manager to provide operational updates and address client requirements. • Identify automation opportunities: Recognize repetitive manual processes and work with the product team to develop automated solutions. • Maintain delivery standards: Proactively identify operational challenges, communicate potential issues early, and implement solutions to keep campaigns on track. • Ensure consistent execution: Within your first 90 days, independently manage your assigned brands and consistently achieve weekly content publishing schedules. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in operations, account management, e-commerce, or agency environments, ideally managing multiple workflows or a high volume of tasks. • Practical experience using AI tools in daily work, with a strong interest in AI-powered automation. • Experience building AI workflows or agents is a strong advantage. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and identify inconsistencies. • Clear and professional written English communication skills. • A proactive, accountable approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines. • Availability to work afternoons and evenings to ensure overlap with US Eastern Time business hours. Who Will Thrive in This Role? Our client is particularly interested in candidates who enjoy hands-on execution, take ownership of results, and actively look for smarter ways to work. This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants to develop expertise in AI-powered operations rather than traditional team management or high-level strategy. Candidates who enjoy experimenting with automation, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment will find this role particularly rewarding.
