Location: Remote, preference for Europe / CEE

Experience: 2+ years
Working hours: Flexible, with some overlap with San Francisco time
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, profitable Silicon Valley AI company building AI agents that perform real business work from start to finish.
The team is intentionally small, ambitious, and highly execution-focused. The company is growing quickly and is looking for people who want significant responsibility, measurable impact, and the opportunity to grow with the business.
About the Role
We're looking for a high-potential, hands-on Business Operations Associate who knows how to get things done and already sees AI as a practical tool for doing better work.
This is not a strategy, reporting, or coordination-heavy role . You'll spend most of your time executing: owning workflows, solving problems, improving results, and figuring out how AI can help you accomplish significantly more.
The role is approximately 80% business operations and execution, 20% AI .
You don't need a senior title or 10 years of experience. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of strong professional experience who demonstrates high agency, sharp problem-solving skills, reliability, and hunger to grow.
What You'll Do
• Own operational tasks and outcomes from start to finish
• Take initiative and solve problems without waiting for detailed instructions
• Work directly inside business workflows and understand how they actually operate
• Identify bottlenecks, repetitive work, and opportunities for improvement
• Use AI tools and agents to automate work and increase your output
• Build simple workflows, automations, or internal tools when useful
• Validate AI output instead of blindly trusting it
• Use data and measurable results to determine whether your solutions are working
• Find ways to make operations faster, more scalable, and more effective
• Take on increasing responsibility as the company grows
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of professional experience , ideally in Business Operations, Operations, Product Operations, startups, or another execution-heavy environment
• High agency: you notice problems and take initiative to solve them
• Reliability: once you take ownership of something, people shouldn't need to ask twice
• Strong analytical ability and the ability to figure out unfamiliar problems independently
• A hands-on mentality: you prefer doing and building over meetings and presentations
• Experience using AI in your actual work , not just occasionally for writing or research
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Hunger to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable with some overlap with the San Francisco time zone
We'd Especially Like to Hear From You If You've...
• Built an AI workflow, agent, automation, or internal tool
• Used AI to save measurable time or improve a business result
• Automated something because you were frustrated doing it manually
• Identified and solved a problem without being asked
• Built something outside your formal job responsibilities
• Worked in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment
• Taken ownership of an unfamiliar problem and figured it out yourself
You don't need to be an AI engineer. What matters is that you're comfortable experimenting with AI and finding practical ways to make it do real work.
What Success Looks Like
You don't just notice that a number is going in the wrong direction. You figure out why and make it better.
You don't wait for someone else to design the perfect process. You take ownership and execute.
When you use AI, you don't stop when it produces an answer. You check whether the answer is correct, measure whether your solution works, and improve it.
And when you're given responsibility, you follow through without needing to be chased.
Compensation & Growth
$3,000–$3,500 USD/month , depending on experience and fit.
This is a high-growth startup environment. Processes will change, expectations are high, and people who consistently overdeliver can quickly earn more responsibility, greater ownership, and opportunities to grow with the company .
If you're looking for a comfortable role with predictable responsibilities that stay the same for years, this probably isn't the right environment.
If you're ambitious, resourceful, AI-native, and excited by the idea of taking ownership and seeing your work directly impact the business , we'd like to hear from you.
