The MIM Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) production, serving as the technical leader in this specialized field. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day operations of MIM production. • Serve as the technical leader for MIM processes including feedstock, molding, debinding, and sintering. • Manage and mentor technical personnel to enhance team performance. • Ensure adherence to metallurgical and materials principles in production. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline. • Strong expertise in MIM processing techniques. • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing technical teams. • Understanding of metallurgical and materials principles. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a manufacturing environment focused on MIM. • Advanced degree in engineering or materials science. Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $165,000. Location and Work Arrangement: This is an onsite position based in Rockford, Illinois.
