Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the custom home building process. • Manage production building projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. • Implement best practices for operational excellence and team performance. • Foster a culture of servant leadership within the team. • Identify and solve problems proactively to enhance workflow. Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000. Location and Work Arrangement: This position is onsite in Wytheville, Virginia.
