Job description
ABOUT COFRAME
At Coframe, we are building a future where user and agent interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves. We are generating revenue, growing rapidly, and trusted by companies you definitely know.
Coframe is a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco, well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others. Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (including our founder who previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created some of the most popular open-source code generation projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our GTM Recruiter, you’ll help build the commercial team behind Coframe’s next stage of growth. Your initial focus will be building strong top-of-funnel pipelines, particularly identifying and engaging exceptional Account Executives and Customer Success Managers who can navigate sophisticated enterprise customers and a highly technical, emerging product. This is a sourcing-heavy role. You’ll engage exceptional candidates who are not actively applying and consistently build high-quality pipelines from scratch.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build pipelines of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other GTM talent through targeted outbound sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and creative outreach
- Drive candidates from initial outreach through the interview process, partnering with talent and GTM leadership on offers and closing
- Evaluate candidates based on sales performance, deal complexity, technical fluency, executive presence, and individual impact
- Partner with talent leadership and hiring managers to calibrate profiles, strengthen recruiting processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Develop a deep understanding of Coframe’s product, customers, and sales motion to engage candidates credibly
- Use funnel data and strong ATS hygiene to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve results
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of GTM searches
- You have proven experience recruiting Account Executives or other technical B2B SaaS sales talent. This experience is required.
- Sourcing is one of your strongest skills. You can define target profiles, map talent markets, uncover candidates others miss, and convert passive talent.
- You have a track record of building qualified pipelines from scratch rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants or agencies
- You understand how to evaluate quota attainment, deal size, sales cycle, buyer persona, territory, and individual contribution to closed revenue
- You have recruited in a fast-moving, high-bar startup environment
- You can distinguish exceptional talent from candidates who are simply polished interviewers
- You are comfortable advising and pushing back on senior hiring managers
- You are organized and data-informed, with a strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, and high ownership
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for AI, developer tools, technical infrastructure, or enterprise software companies
- Experience hiring Solutions Engineers, Implementation Engineers, or other customer-facing technical talent
- An existing network of high-performing enterprise AEs and GTM leaders
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
BENEFITS
- Flexible (Unlimited) Paid Time Off
- Top-of-the-line Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family
- Life Insurance and Disability Benefits
- 401k Plan with Coframe match
- All meals fully covered in-office
- Gym membership
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience and expertise.
WHY COFRAME
Elite Team: Our founder is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded a $2B+ unicorn with Tom Brady and guest lectures AI at Stanford. Our team includes researchers from top institutions who created some of the world's most popular open-source code generation projects.
OpenAI: We’re the only marketing technology company officially partnered with OpenAI. Our engineers and researchers work directly with their team to co-train a model specifically for our use case, which is a differentiator, and a testament to the technical caliber of our team.
Inbound Leads: We’re currently growing at 120% QoQ with a consistent flood of inbound demand. We’re looking for the right saleshumans to capture this demand and market opportunity.
Top VCs: We’re backed by tier-1 investors including Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (former GitHub CEO), and Rich Miner (Android co-founder). Joining now means getting a seat on the rocket ship before our Series A: a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join in the early innings.
Already Crushing It: For our first product, we built proprietary generative AI technology that enables our Agents to autonomously design, code, debug, and deploy A/B tests, Landing Pages, and Personalization experiences. We effectively 10x testing velocity, replacing agencies, legacy tools, and the need to pull in-house designers and engineers for testing. In the last 6 months, we have already driven $221.4M in incremental revenue for our customers like Dropbox, Replit, and Intuit.
“You guys are insane.” - OpenAI team
“Coframe makes you feel like you have a team of 100 people.” - Replit team
