Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff Side) to join its legal team in Westbury, NY. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and review legal documents related to personal injury cases. • Assist attorneys in managing case files and preparing for trial. • Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel. • Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases. • Maintain organized records and documentation for ongoing cases. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law. • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with case management software. • Knowledge of New York personal injury laws. Location and Work Arrangement: This position is based in Westbury, New York, with a hybrid work arrangement.
