We are seeking a Corporate Director of Engineering specializing in sensors to lead our development engineering team. This hybrid role is based in Chicago, Illinois, and involves overseeing diverse applications for sensors across various markets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of sensor technologies for automotive, commercial vehicle, off-road, industrial, and adjacent markets. • Manage engineering groups both in the U.S. and globally. • Drive business development initiatives related to sensor products. • Maintain customer relationships and ensure alignment with market needs. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in a leadership role within development engineering for sensors. • Strong background in managing engineering teams across multiple regions. • Deep understanding of business development strategies in the sensor industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sensor applications. • Familiarity with off-road and industrial sensor markets. Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. Location and Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, Illinois.
